Trinocular Optical Head Ideal for Monitoring and Digital Imaging
The zoom body is equipped with a camera port (trinocular type) and a built-in 0.55x C-mount adapter. This permits direct mounting of any Nikon DS Series Digital Camera and simplifies the process of digital imaging, image capture and observation via monitor. In addition, The SMZ745T incorporates an optical path switching lever that enables easy switchover between eyepiece and camera.
Highest Zoom Magnification of any Microscope in its Class
By optimizing the design of the Greenough optical system, Nikon was able to realize a 7.5x zoom and a total magnification from 3.35x to 300x. With the adoption of the new total reflection prism, the SMZ-745T allows bright and high contrast images to be obtained at any magnification.
115mm Working Distance
In addition to high zoom ratio and magnification, the SMZ745T offers an impressive 115 mm working distance, providing enough room for fabrication and manipulation on the sample.
